SAP S/4HANA
Comprehensive SAP S/4HANA training covering architecture, data modeling, administration, and development.
About This Course
SAP S/4HANA is SAP's current ERP suite, built on the in-memory SAP HANA database. It replaced the older SAP ECC generation, and most large SAP customers are either running it or planning the move. This SAP S/4HANA training course shows how the system is put together and how to work with it on a real project.
What the course covers
- Architecture: how the HANA database, the application layer, and the SAP Fiori interface fit together, and what changed compared with SAP ECC.
- Data modeling: how business data is structured in S/4HANA, including the simplified data model, master data, and how tables and views relate in finance and other core areas.
- Administration: the routine work that keeps a system healthy, from users and authorizations to system landscapes, transports, and monitoring.
- Development: extending S/4HANA the way SAP recommends, and knowing where custom development belongs and where it does not.
- Finance in S/4HANA: how financial accounting, controlling, and asset accounting run on shared financial data, and how management reporting draws from it.
By the end you will be able to
- Explain how S/4HANA differs from SAP ECC and why companies migrate
- Read and navigate the core data structures behind a business process
- Handle routine administration tasks
- Take part in an implementation, rollout, or upgrade discussion using the right vocabulary
Who it's for
- Finance and accounting professionals moving into SAP
- SAP ECC consultants who now need to work in S/4HANA
- Functional analysts and IT staff supporting an S/4HANA rollout
- Graduates aiming for an SAP consulting or support role
The course is set at intermediate level, so basic knowledge of ERP or finance concepts will help.
