Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. This policy explains how refunds work for paid courses.

Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrolling in a paid course, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

Contact us at info@northwindtechnology.com with your account email and the course name. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Free courses are not eligible for refunds as no payment is collected.
